Shipping Policy

In-Stock

Items which are 'in-stock' are marked with a normal 'add to cart' button. These orders generally ship within the same day for orders placed before 2 pm PST, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 2 pm PST are usually shipped the next day. A tracking number is provided via email at the time of order fulfillment.

Preorders

Items which are marked as 'preorder' are only available for preorder, and will not ship out immediately. Lead times are approximately 4 to 6 weeks. To save on printing costs, we print preorders in batches once enough orders arrive. 

Custom Designs

Custom designs, including both user-uploaded and AI-generated designs, have a longer lead time. These items will ship before November 28th of the year. Be aware that custom designs may be subject to cancellation for any reason, even arbitrarily.
